With a special coat-hanger channel design, the die minimizes the ablation of heat-sensitive material.

With the adjustable upper die lip, changeable lower die lip, and perpendicular blocking bar, the die meets the thickness requirements of various products.

The plate die is fit for PVC foaming board with a thickness between 2-20mm.

Double flow channels design, the upper and lower die lips are adjustable with the oil temp control, the skinning affection of the surface of the product is better and have less inner stress, truly realizing surface skinning and foaming.

The thickness of products: 5-30mm.

The die adopts a typical coat-hanger channel, an adjustable upper die lip, a changeable lower lip, and a perpendicular blocking bar. With ST-model width-control system, the width of products can be changed without interrupting.

The plate die is designed for ABS, PS, PP single-layer, or multi-layer plates with a thickness between 0.8-8mm.

PVC Coating Die Series

PVC coating die adopts special channel of coat-hanger structure, adjustable upper die lip, perpendicular blocking bar, the thickness of production can be adjusted.

In pairs, special-purpose conveyor belts with different thicknesses and sizes can be produced. These kinds of products are widely used in mining, storage, transportation, and so on.

Specification(mm):650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000.

And we have 12 months quality warranty time. We testing the machine performances before each delivery. Jwell service engineers will always be here for anything you needed.

How long is the delivery date?

Usually it takes about 1 – 4 months depends on different machinery upon receipt of order advance payment.

How can I order and make payments?

Once clear your requirements and determined extrusion line is ideal for you. We will send technical solutions and Proforma Invoice to you. You can pay via TT bank transfer, LC as you like.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

What is your production capacity?

We produce more than 2000 advanced extrusion lines every year world wide.

What about shipping?

We can send the small spare parts by air express for urgent matter. And the complete production line by sea to save the cost. You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. The nearest port is China Shanghai, Ningbo port, which is convenient for maritime transportation..

Is there any pre-after sale service?

Yes, we support our business partners by pre-after sale service. Jwell has more than 300 technical testing engineers traveling world wide. Any cases would be responded with prompt solutions. We provide training, testing, operation and maintenance service for a life time.
