Aluminum plastic composite panel called ACP in short, composed of aluminum foil and polyethylene, adopting Thermo coating technology to produce this new construction material.

It is widely used for construction walls, outer door decoration as well as advertising and inner door decoration.

Combining traditional processing technology and practical experience, Suzhou JWELL Machinery Co., Ltd. develops flame retardant grade ACP board, maxim output can be 1800kg/h, line speed is 10m/min, width is 1220-1560mm, aluminum foil thickness is more than 0.18mm.

Also, we are supplying normal ACP Panel Extrusion Line, output range is 500-800kg/h, maxim line speed is 5m/min, suitable product width is 1220-1560mm, aluminum foil thickness is 0.06-0.5mm.

We have the following option for ACP panel extruder machine:

1. Single screw extrusion line.
2. Single screw co-extrusion line.
3. Parallel twin-screw extrusion line.
4. Conical twin-screw extrusion line.
We also have an Infrared heating unit and other options.

How long is the delivery date?

Usually it takes about 1 – 4 months depends on different machinery upon receipt of order advance payment.

Once clear your requirements and determined extrusion line is ideal for you. We will send technical solutions and Proforma Invoice to you. You can pay via TT bank transfer, LC as you like.

What is your production capacity?

What about shipping?

We can send the small spare parts by air express for urgent matter. And the complete production line by sea to save the cost. You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. The nearest port is China Shanghai, Ningbo port, which is convenient for maritime transportation..
