Wood plastic machine adopts a special designed screw & barrel, mold, and extruder for wood plastic productions. Jwell company products series: One step way thickness board extrusion line; One step way WPC profile extrusion line; WPC pelletizing extrusion line and different kinds of wood plastic mold.

The WPC products can be produced by a two-step extrusion machine or pelletize first then through the extrusion machine. It will save power and place and has some features of high output, stable extrusion pressure, high plasticity, and good mixing.

Optimized screw design has small cutting strength, and it is not easy to cut wood fiber. The material will be uniformly in the extruder.

This extrusion line can produce PE, PP or PVC WPC profile productions. Main is used in the wood tray, indoors&outdoors floor, outside decoration and etc.

The wood-plastic embossing is mainly used for the embossing of flower patterns of PEPPPVC wood plastic profile and sheet surface. It’s better for the wood texture on the surface of the productions. The surface of the embossing roller can be processed with different kinds of wood textures. The surface can be hard chrome plating, Roller cavity heating, simple operation, and wear-resistant.

This machine is mainly used for pattern carving of the wood-plastic board, hardwood board, density board, and cabinet board. The machine uses horizontal and longitudinal up and down three-axis controlling and computer operation which can make different carvings.
